Stay tuned!

So, I was wondering what to write about for my first post on my newly titled blog about our life in a camper, and, well, I found it! I was going to take some pictures of the inside and outside of our humble abode, and still haven't gotten around to it. But, it seems last night our little refrigerator deiced to stop refrigerating. Hubby couldn't figure out where it plugged in, so he took a panel out of the wall above the fridge, and asked me to stand up on the seat and tell him what I saw, and I saw light. He freaked! He said, light?! I said, yes....light, from outside. So, not only do we have to replace the fridge, but he now also has to patch the hole in the roof! UGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! So, we decided to buy a fridge we saw at lowes, which is wayyyyyyy cheaper than a camper fridge, and hubby is going to patch the hole and make me a shelf, since we do NOT have enough space.

So, there will be before and after pics hopefully very soon! So stay tuned, and say a prayer!!

Do I still have readers?

Hey Y'all,

I can't believe its been almost a year since my last post! There has been so much going on, I cant even remember what day it is, let alone to blog! So, I told myself I was going to post something at least once a week or more, even if its just a picture. I will be writing about living in a camper ( yes we are STILL in it), my trial and error and learning experience with our new apothecary garden,  and herbal remedies, my garden, and the ups and downs of living in the sometimes wonderful, sometimes harsh Blue Ridge Mountains. So I will leave with a question. Does anyone out there still read this blog, and should I keep it going?

Thanks to all my loyal readers if you are still out there!

About Me

My photo
I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina, in a little camper, with my husband and family. We are trying to become self sufficient and live off the land. I am sick of all the sad news on TV, the economy, and the evil world we live in, so we are trying to make things as simple as possible and get back to the basics. I think if everyone did that, and had faith in God the world might be a better place. Follow along, as we live life in our little tin can, and try to make it a home, while learning to homestead.
